Wally Bock Answers Your
Supervisory Leadership Question
What are the qualities that make a good leader?
Qualities do not make a leader. Behaviors make a leader. Behavior is what people (including leaders) say and do. Behavior is observable.
Good leaders use their behavior to influence the behavior of the people who work for them so that the mission is accomplished and people are cared for.
